Children" Awards |

The
Holy Mass was concelebrated by H.E. Bishop Panya Kritcharoen
and priests who were in charge of the elderly. Then Fr.Viroj
Nanthajinda, president of the subcommittee for the elderly
made announcement of grateful children at the national level.Bishop
Panya presented certificates of the grateful children and
Papal blessings to the 11 grateful children as follows:

Panya then gave a short address that "In the name of
the Catholic Bishops' Conference of Thailand I am pleased
to meet all the selected grateful children, because they have
been trying to adhere to the 4th Commandment. I wish to give
my encouragement to all of them and also to the other children
who have not received the certificates. Please treat your
parents with respect and gratitude, because this action will
receive blessings from God".
After the ceremony all the participants
joined together on the meal table during which there were
stage performances of the elderly from different regions and
congratulations extended to the 11 grateful children.
