The
Catholic Northern Health Networks Plan to Conduct Seminar
|
On 1 August
2005 the Catholic health networking groups in the north had a meeting
at the Sacred Heart Cathedral in Chaiengmai to prepare the forthcoming
seminar on health for the Catholic institutions working on health
in the north. The purpose is to tune the common understanding up to
the Church and government way of work. It also opens up the opportunity
for the concerned staff to meet and exchange ideas and experiences
inclusive of the future cooperation. |

The seminar
is set for the 26-27 August at the Chiengmai mission office with the
following agenda: |
1. |
Pastoral
direction on health of the Universal and Thai Churches. |
2. |
Government
policy on health insurance, policy of the Ministry of Public Health
and policy of the Ministry of Social Development. |
3. |
Health situations
of the various groups: women, elderly, ethnic group, HIV group, etc. |
4. |
Operational
plan on health in the north. |
