| The CHC organizes a project to observe AIDS activities at the Phayao community |
| The exposure trip was conducted during 3-7 April. The purpose of this exposure is to familiarize the AIDS workers in working with the community: how to systematically mobilize the work and how to create the network. There are 9 persons from 4 institutions participating in this project. The venues are as follows: Holy Family Church, Maesai / Phayao Hospital / Mae Jai Hospital - holistic center / Baan Mettatham, Phu Kham Yao sub-district and Baan Mettatham, Phayao. |

The most important knowledge that the group wishes to acquire is: steps and details of a systematic operation which is able to follow-up cases continually and clearly. The first lesson in working with people living with AIDS is a real love and ideology to work on this issue and the next step is to create a network with those who have similar ideology and a desire to think and work together. |
| The agenda consist of summarizing the youth situation in the Chanthaburi diocese through experience sharing of the participants. Mr. Naris Manikhao was the speaker who helped the group to focus on hot issues and make analysis of the informative data in order to find solution to the problem. He also spoke on the 'counseling technique' including practical apprenticeship. |
| During the seminar the spiritual counselors and youth coordinators were exposed to life experiences by visiting the operation of the Redemptorists and those of the Good Shepherd Sisters. |
