The Saengthong Puetphol
Mill Co., Ltd was selected and awarded the "Outstanding Performance
Place" by Princess Somsawalee on 1 December AD 2005, the
World AIDS Day at the National Red Cross Office. |
This honor derives from
activities of the Welcome House-Udonthani which has been providing
the knowledge about HIV/AIDS to workers of the above company for the
whole year of AD 2005. Together with the Provincial Labor Welfare
and Protection Office of Udonthani 5 working places, where Welcome
House has been carrying out its AIDS activities, were selected and
submitted to the Provincial Health Office to be scrutinized for further
submission to the AIDS Research Center of the National Red Cross Society. |
|
Ms. Chandai Phakakong,
manager of Welcome House and coordinator says: "I am very pleased
with the company where we have been working with to receive the award.
Though Welcome House has been working for the good of society for
a long time without expecting any reward, but the award is also important,
because it is an encouragement for the good-doers to continue doing
good. Our reward is to see the success of the institute with which
we have been working. |
