| 1. | To give education and training on AIDS to target groups to prevent HIV infection. |

| 5. | To co-ordinate with concerned state agencies on information and medical treatment of PLHAs. |
| 6. | To build capacity of community leaders in preventing AIDS in communities. |

Organise training on knowledge on AIDS to target groups in educational institutions and business enterprises to prevent AIDS infection. |
| 2. | Give counselling to PLHAs and the public on phone and home visitation. |
| 3. | Provide temporary shelter to PLHAs when going hospitals. |
| 4. | Visit PLHAS at their homes to give knowledge on healthcare. |
| 5. | Co-ordinate with concerned state agencies on information and medical treatment of PLHAs. |
| 6. | Organise training for community leaders to prevent AIDS infection. |
| 7. | Visit prisoners who do not have relatives, both HIV positive and negative. |
