| Current Clients : Originally this centre was a shelter for lepers. When leprosy cases are less with better medicines, the sisters decided to start working with PLHAs. At present, the centre is now visiting about 50 HIV positive people. Among them, 10 are infected and affected children. | |

| 1. | To give counselling and knowledge on AIDS as well as method of healthcare of PLHAs. |
| 2. | To support families and communities to accept PLHAs. |
| 3. | To give basic necessities to PLHAs and their families. |
| 4. | To provide temporary shelter to PLHAs as needs be. |
| 5. | To co-ordinate with PLHAs, state agencies and non-government organisations involved in the work on AIDS. |
| Activities | |

Visit homes of PLHAs, monitor and follow up to give assistance and counselling and moral support. |
| 2. | Give training on proper knowledge on AIDS to families and communities to prevent new infection and to promote acceptance and coexistence. |
| 3. | Give counselling on phone and letters. |
| 4. | Provide supplementary food and basic necessities as needs be. |
| 5. | Organise gathering of PLHA families to share experience of their life and develop good relationship with one another on various occasions. |
| 6. | Co-ordinate with local hospitals and organisations working on AIDS. |
| 7. | Co-ordinate with network of PLHAs and referral of AIDS patients. |
| 8. | Co-ordinate with local state agencies and private organisations working on AIDS. |
