| 4. | To build network of PLHAs so that they can be self-supporting. | |

Give personal counselling to families and groups before and after HIV check. | |
| 2. | Give health education and knowledge to employees and volunteers. | |
| 3. | Support members of associations of PLHAs with various activities. | |
| 3.1 | Provide health media. | |
| 3.2 | Provide vocational training on farming and handicrafts to generate income. | |
| 3.3 | Provide herbal medicines for therapy of simple sicknesses. | |
| 4. | Provide basic necessities to AIDS patients and their families according to their needs. | |
| 5. | Co-ordinate with state agencies and non-governmental organisations involved in the work on AIDS on information and assistance. | |
