Provide scholarship to children at the centre and local communities from kindergarten to secondary levels. |

| 3. | Co-ordinate with local communities to implement activity on "Mobilisation of Love for Sponsors" every year. |
| 4. | Organise moral and ethnical camp for orphans who are target groups. |
